Chris Shull founded ColumbiaLand Realty in 2001 because there was a real need in the Columbia area for an agency that put its customers first. Providing residential real estate and property management services, ColumbiaLand Realty has grown almost solely by word of mouth and referrals.  Despite our growth, ColumbiaLand Realty has maintained their warm friendly feel of treating everyone just like a personal friend. Unlike many of the larger agencies in Columbia, we firmly believe in providing the extra time and personal attention clients and their investments need. No matter if your real estate needs take you out of state or out of the country, we can help with this as well.



Our residential real estate team is led by Chris Shull, Broker-in-Charge, who oversees all sales and leasing for our licensed real estate agents.  All of our agents are REALTORS, and high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds, from former military service to graphic design. All agents bring their own unique blend of experience and expertise to the business of Real Estate.


Our property management team services over 300 properties, including single family homes, duplexes, apartment complexes, and commercial office space. Our dedicated Office Manager Michelle Anderson, Kaitlyn Edwards, and Broker Chris Shull oversee all property management activities, alleviating the headaches and frustration many investors experience when they manage their own properties.
